MorgarRO does not automate lost-account recovery in this first release. Staff still review recovery claims manually to avoid handing accounts to the wrong player.

The current or previous mailbox tied to the account, if you know it.

Character names, classes, or other details that clearly tie the account back to you.
What to send
Prepare the details staff will ask for
- Your account name and the last email address you remember using on it.
- Whether the issue is a forgotten password, a lost mailbox, or both.
- Approximate account creation timing and the names of characters on the account.
- Any recent token purchases or other account activity that helps prove ownership.
