MorgarRO token purchases are final sale.

1. What you are buying

Token purchases add digital cash shop credit to your MorgarRO account. Tokens are intended for cosmetics and convenience items inside the server.

2. No cash refunds

All token purchases are final. MorgarRO does not issue refunds back to cards, banks, wallets, or payment processors once a checkout is completed.

3. Technical issues and compensation

If a verified technical issue affects a token purchase, staff may correct the problem by restoring the missing token value or granting equivalent store credit to the affected account.

Any approved compensation is issued as store credit only. It is never returned to the original payment method.

4. Wipes, rollbacks, and service incidents

If the server experiences a rollback, wipe, or other exceptional service incident, any compensation is handled at staff discretion and issued as store credit when approved.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving tokens may result in the related MorgarRO account being restricted while the case is reviewed.
